Product Warranty

Rotbloc LLC stands behind the quality and performance of every product we manufacture. Each Rotbloc UTL barrier system is designed, engineered, and produced in the United States under strict quality control standards to ensure lasting protection and reliability in the field.

Rotbloc LLC warrants that its products will be free from material defects in workmanship and manufacturing under normal use and installation conditions for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid when the product has been installed in accordance with Rotbloc’s official installation instructions.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural failures under standard field conditions, and premature degradation not caused by misuse or environmental extremes. It ensures that your barrier system continues to perform as intended — protecting wood structures from decay, chemical leaching, and premature deterioration.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, alteration, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Rotbloc products are designed specifically for use with wood utility poles, fencing, decking, and agricultural applications. Use outside these applications may void the warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, contact Rotbloc LLC at KEN@ROTBLOC.COM or call 541-977-9901. Please include proof of purchase, installation details, and photos illustrating the issue. Upon review, Rotbloc will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate under this limited warranty.

Rotbloc LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. This warranty represents the full extent of Rotbloc’s obligations and supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties.
